All orders for services accepted by National Private Hire & Taxi Association are accepted subject to the following conditions that shall form part of and govern the contract of services

Acceptance of services shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of service.

No agent or representative of the vendor has authority to vary these conditions unless accepted in writing by a Director of National Private Hire & Taxi Association

Please note: All services will be at the price in effect shown on our Web Site on the date of purchase regardless of what any other price list reflects. Up to date prices can be found on our Web Site, which is continuously updated.

Terms: Services are with any costs shown where appropriate.

1. Payment and Price

a. Payment is to be made via faster payment, cheque credit or debit card unless otherwise agreed.  All credit card companies now require address verification (your credit card billing address) on all   transactions. An incorrect billing address will result in a delayed or cancelled order.

b. Our policy requires 100% prepayment in advance for any services made from this website. Such payments are not refundable once the transaction is excepted as shown in these terms.

5. Law

a. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.

b. These terms shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.

c. In respect of consumer services only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

14-day cancellation period

If you purchase your membership online or over the phone, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after you enter into the contract. 

You're entitled to this under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing Regulations) 2004. 

Cancel outside the cooling off period

If you want to cancel outside the 14-day cooling off period then no refund will be given

This is, of course, only the case if you've paid your membership as a lump sum and in full. 

If you pay by monthly instalments, then you may not be entitled to a refund.
